TURN TWO- Dark Eldar: Two Talos, the Wyches, and the Grotesques arrived on the scene. The Wyches and Talos deployed far to the north, to support the retreat of the raiders with their valuable hostage. The Grotesques-- led by the diabolic Haemonculus-- deployed to the south, lured by the huge tempting target of the Praetorians orderly ranks. Supported by a skiff full of pirates, they killed half a squad from the front rank, sending their comrades fleeing. A terrorfex pinned the second rank long enough for the Haemonculus to advance.
TURN TWO- Imperial Guard: With the help of their improved comms, the Imperial Guard called in all of their big tanks: two Demolishers and an Executioner. One demolisher deployed in the center of the table, while the other two tanks deployed far to the north in a vain attempt to chase down a skiff and the hostage. The autocannon of the 1st Praetorian squad thunked away at the Wyches' skiff, sending it down for the count and killing all but one of the passengers.
