TURN ONE- Imperial Guard: The Emperor was indeed with the Basilisk crew. Their shot landed right behind the Falcon, killing two Swooping Hawks and blasting through the weak rear armor of the skimmer. The engines were breached; the Falcon lost power and crashed into the ground. Fortunately the destruction was not complete; the Fire Dragons on board were able to escape unharmed.
With that one shot, the rest of the Imperial Guard opened fire on the hapless Guardians-- the Iron Chimera, the Exterminator, and the Praetorians killed almost a dozen of them-- though it was impossible to see in all the gunfire to know exactly who scored the kills. This wasn't one you wanted to earn a ribbon for anyway; this was wholesale slaughter. Under the silent gaze of the Wraithlord, a squad of Guardians left their position at the bottom of the hill and fled; even into the relative safety of the sandbags, they kept going and headed for the hills. They, at least, would survive to tell the tale of another human betrayal.

TURN ONE- Eldar: The fleeing Guardians tried to fire their starcannon at the ratlings in a desperate bid to protect their Wraithlord, but their squad leader pulled the gunners away and hastened them off the battlefield. The rest of the Eldar saw their greatest threat in the Leman Russ Exterminator. From within the bunker, the Dark Reaper Exarch fired his missile launcher, and ordered the nearby guardians to do the same; but despite their advanced technology, they couldn't penetrate the crude but effective armor of the tank. The other starcannon opened fire on the Lieutenant and his lascannon crew; they ducked behind the sandbags and lived through the first salvo.
