TURN ONE- Space Marines: The Eldar Wraithlord towered over the heads of the guardians at his feet. From their position around the Predator, the Scouts opened fire with their sniper rifles, hoping to blunt its advance. Their shots were just out of range, but the Devastators in their Razorback also opened fire with their lascannons. Huge chunks of the Wraithlord were blasted away but it kept moving. The Landspeeder zipped forward and blasted away with their heavy bolter, killing two guardians.
TURN ONE- Eldar: The Wraithlord returned fire with the Razorback, but its aim was impaired by its previous wounds. Acting quickly, the Dire Avengers charged up the ramp to board the Falcon, which zipped forward to open fire on the Predator. Its pulse laser scored a glancing hit, immobilizing the Predator-- hardly an impediment as the crew had no plans to step aside for the Eldar anyway. The scatter laser crew opened fire on the Razorback, but also failed to hit; the Dark Reapers managed to hit just fine, but could not penetrate the front armor. The Jetbikes cruised forward to engage the Landspeeder, their shuriken cannon scouring the front armor and forcing the gunner back inside.
